Sales¶
What this category covers¶
How we generate demand and convert it: where leads come from, how they are qualified, how we respond, and what the buying journey looks like from the client's side.
Our primary channel still delivers roughly the same volume it always has, but the composition has changed and a growing share of it will never close. At the same time the way buyers research technology decisions has moved from search engines toward AI assistants, which our demand generation was never built for. The strategies here are about rebuilding the front of the funnel for how people actually buy now, and about protecting our scarcest resource from the noise.
Strategies¶
| Strategy | Description |
|---|---|
| Rebuild lead generation for an AI-mediated buying journey | Buyers increasingly arrive pre-educated, having asked an AI assistant rather than a search engine. Being findable and citable in that path is a different discipline from paid search. |
| Qualify inbound without consuming architects | Put an automated intake and qualification layer in front of the funnel so scarce architect time reaches only real opportunities, and response to a qualified lead becomes same-day. |
| Build a client network we sell to continuously | Treat retention and expansion as a revenue strategy rather than an account management courtesy. Every client we keep is a lead we do not have to replace. |
